What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to cardiac mapping solutions
- Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac ablation solutions and related procedures
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
