What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from planning to execution and reporting
- Partner with Product, UX, Strategy, and Sales teams to shape research priorities and methodologies
- Translate complex data into strategic insights that influence product and marketing decisions
- Mentor junior researchers and elevate research standards across the organization
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and data modeling where appropriate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading end-to-end research projects, including scoping, methodology design, fielding, analysis, and presenting findings
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and data modeling (e.g., regression, segmentation, conjoint analysis)
- Comfortable working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, R, or Python
