  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Independently manage all stages of secondary and primary research, including project execution, vendor relationships, and report generation
  - Utilize customer experience feedback systems to analyze and report insights
  - Conduct data analysis and integrate research with internal and external data sets to inform business strategies
  - Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, setting insights priorities to guide business tactics
  - Develop insights for the launch of new products and solutions, democratizing access to insights across the organization
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, statistics, social sciences, business administration, or a closely related field
  - Minimum of 6 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence within a commercial environment
  - Experience in a regulated industry, particularly in healthcare or life sciences, is preferred
  - 2+ years of experience managing market research staff and guiding their professional development
  - Strong proficiency in survey design and programming with tools such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience in cultivating information from publicly available sources and third-party data
  - Demonstrated proficiency with statistical packages and data visualization tools
  - Ability to present clear and concise communications to both large and small groups
