      THE TEAM

      Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan-centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.

      THE JOB

      Ticketmaster is looking for a strategic, results oriented Senior Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager to join our North America Marketing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing integrated marketing campaigns across our key lines of business, with a special focus on our sports efforts. You will leverage your marketing experience to design, coordinate and oversee execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns to generate growth across key categories and support with fan journey optimizations.

      You will also play a key role in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster in the US and ensure impactful fan-facing communication with consistent tone of voice for the brand.

      In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build marketing strategies and campaigns based on category insights, channel performance and analytics. You will be working with our media strategy & planning team along with category management on defining projects with specific KPIs to deliver against business priorities. You will work on projects that help to drive the brand forward.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Becoming a subject matter expertise within areas of focus and applying that to drive innovation for future growth
      • Driving marketing strategy and brand positioning from insight through to execution
      • Take an ownership role in our brand playbook, brand architecture, brand voice/tone, and key value props
      • Ensure holistic consumer journeys across various owned and operated touchpoints, ensuring continuity across platforms
      • Develop and support fan loyalty programs
      • Work closely with agency partners on brand and campaign efforts
      • Collaborate with organic social on influencer programming and strategy
      • Develop strategic and integrated category marketing plans using owned, paid and earned media channels that drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition
      • Collaborate with partners on research and insights work to inform marketing strategy and communication
      • Work cross-functionally to help connect the dots across Category Management, Media Planning, Partnership Marketing and Creative teams
      • Leverage performance insights to inform strategies for future campaigns
      • Collaboration with in-house Media Strategy & Planning on channel strategy and asset optimization
      • Support go-to-market strategy planning for Product Marketing launches

      WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

      • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing and / or brand marketing
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
      • Understanding and experience with creation of integrated campaigns and generating excitement and demand leveraging all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid and earned media (secondarily, offline channels such as traditional TV, Radio, OOH)
      • Knowledge of and passion for live events, sports, music and/or popular culture, marketing trends, tech and digital/social media
      • Comfort with analyzing large data sets, interpreting primary and secondary consumer research; and sales & performance data
      • Strong competence in Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
      • The ability to effectively communicate with all employee levels
      • Experience in the sports marketing and entertainment space is preferred
