      Job Posting Description:

      This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid

      Are you a strategic, analytical, and creative thinker? Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will effectively plan and execute a variety of digital marketing initiatives in support of LCBO’s key strategic objectives. You will work with the Marketing and Customer Intelligence team as well as cross-divisionally, including Merchandising, Customer Experience, Retail and E-commerce Operations, on the development and implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in building and activating project plans, monitoring execution, measuring and reporting results.

      About the Role

      • Analyze project scope requirements and develop project plans for a variety of marketing initiatives.
      • Write project briefs, prepare presentations and communication materials.
      • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, collaborate and plan new promotions.
      • Direct internal and external creative and media partners on campaign creative development and media planning.
      • Manage project timelines and track spending against budget.
      • Monitor execution, compile data and information, prepare post-campaign analysis and reporting.
      • Provide marketing support and recommendations for a variety of ad-hoc business initiatives.

      About You

      • Demonstrated expertise in marketing projects management acquired through a combination of experience in a marketing or retail environment, and related post-secondary education.
      • Strong understanding of advertising and media planning principles.
      • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and delegation skills to handle a large volume of projects involving multiple stakeholders and the ability to deal with conflicting demands to meet tight deadlines.
      • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEM and paid social campaigns.
      • Functional knowledge of analytical platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
      • Proven track record of driving results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across digital advertising efforts.
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills to forge strong working relationships and co-operation among peers within marketing team and across divisional groups, as well as building relationships with our media/creative agencies.
      • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Superior writing skills and an eye for detail and creative
      • Knowledge of graphic design principles, art direction and print production.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are essential.
