      Job Overview

      The Senior Marketing Strategist plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the growth and success of owned and managed Ebenezer communities. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications, this role serves as a strategic leader and project manager, ensuring that marketing plans align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

      Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications to create annual marketing plans for each community, ensuring system-wide consistency and alignment with occupancy and engagement goals.

      • Oversee the refinement and execution of community marketing plans, focusing on quarterly planning and high-level project management.

      • Mentor a team of Marketing Project Managers/Strategists and the Marketing Analyst, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

      • Act as a liaison between communities and the marketing department, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

      • Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to assess the success of campaigns and tactics, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and regular reporting to leadership and ownership.

      • Partner with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure digital tactics, including advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and website enhancements, support overall strategy and community goals.

      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership and ownership groups, to ensure alignment and satisfaction with marketing efforts.

      • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging marketing practices to position Ebenezer as a leader in the senior living industry.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications, or Business
      • Five or more years experience
      • Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone , fax machines.
      • MS Office, Excel, and Word , Project Management Tools

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Advanced Degree

      Compensation Disclaimer

      The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
