Job Description
- Req#: SENIO011940
- Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service equipment as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain clean work area, care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, including MSHA, while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in the company handbook
- Perform all duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain all maintenance and repairs needed and keep accurate records
- Maintain consistent flow of work in a timely manner
- Ensure quality, compliance and safety of the company’s assets and personnel
- Capable of resolving issues as they arise
- Oversee documentation of machine information and repairs completed including parts and fluids
- You must have strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with multiple projects at a time.
- Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. Willing to work overtime & weekends if necessary
- Average 50 - 60-hour work week
- Computer skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Arcosa Aggregates is urgently hiring applicants for the position of a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Glendale, Arizona for a fleet of approximately 100 units and among that monitor Caterpillar equipment. Applicants must have CAT knowledge and verifiable experience, be organized, and understand engine repair, component repair, truck repair and CAT equipment.
