What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Selecting or developing analysis methodologies to build confidence in design
- Performing various engineering analyses such as thermal, stress, fatigue, tolerance, and safety
- Conducting multiphysics finite element analysis (FEA)
- Identifying deficiencies in mechanical designs and collaborating with engineering teams for improvements
- Planning for manufacturing and assembly of components and subsystems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 2-5 years of experience performing finite element analysis (FEA) using software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience in design for manufacturing (1-3 years)
- Fluency in Python

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience overseeing at least 1 project from ideation to construction/fabrication and implementation
