- At least 3 years of experience working in industry.
- Previous experience working with robotics or automation systems.
- Familiarity with standard CAD and mechanical simulation software.
- Strong understanding of electricity.
- Experience with manufacturing, CAM, and fabrication.
- Great hands-on prototyping and troubleshooting skills.
- Desire to work closely with others in a cross-functional and dynamic setting.
- Create CAD designs for mechatronic systems, integrating motors, sensors, and pneumatics.
- Make drawings for fabrications and place orders with suppliers.
- Physically prototype and test designs.
- Create test jigs and test fabricated designs.
- Work closely with other team members to align on requirements and provide information.
