      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support a long-term project optimizing component suppliers
      - Work with single-use and reusable medical devices, ensuring compliance with sterilization standards and guidance documents
      - Lead efforts to qualify products through sterilization validations and bacterial endotoxin testing
      - Manage cleaning and steam sterilization validations for non-sterile reusable devices
      - Write adoption documents and route them through the Medtronic PLM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product bacterial endotoxin programs, Ethylene oxide, and Gamma sterilization
      - Familiarity with reprocessing practices for reusable devices
      - Knowledge of ISO sterilization standards and guidance documents
      - Experience in qualifying products through sterilization validations and bacterial endotoxin testing
      - Strong organizational and documentation skills
