What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 applications and features
- Provide level 3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues
- Participate in gathering and analyzing business requirements for software solutions
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users on M365 platform
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to enhance user adoption and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry Certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, eDiscovery, Retention, and DLP
- Experience with OKTA and ServiceNow
- ITIL and Agile Methodology experience
- Proven strong sense of initiative and tenacity
