What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Procure information from Insurance Companies via Telephone
- Process tasks in LoanServ and update insurance information
- Research accounts and provide resolution
- Process loss claims according to SFG-GLP regulations
- Provide customer service support via email and phone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 transaction processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in mortgage servicing or financial services industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
