      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs, faculty, and students
      - Manage scheduling for conference, classroom, and interview rooms
      - Assist with event planning and setup for department activities
      - Maintain and organize client case files and department files
      - Handle front desk reception duties including answering calls and providing legal services referrals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and complete tasks without additional guidance
      - Proficiency with computer software for email, word processing, spreadsheets, and shared file management
      - Experience using social media platforms for networking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent administrative office experience with attention to detail, preferably in an academic setting
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Familiarity with general office equipment and basic audiovisual equipment
      - Experience using Instagram and LinkedIn for social networking
      - Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
