What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and administer staff and projects
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams for environmental permitting processes
- Serve as an interface with clients and regulatory personnel
- Provide technical support to the department and support business development activities
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Science, Ecology, or related field + 8 years of experience
- 8+ years of experience managing projects and teams
- Valid Driver's License and US Citizenship required
- Strong technical and regulatory policy background
- Excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Experience in environmental consulting / Energy market with applied science in the Offshore Wind market
- Understanding of regulatory and study relationships
- PMP or other project management certification
- Existing Client relationships with an ability to generate new work
