What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), and revenue recognition workflows
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales Operations, and IT to implement scalable, compliant solutions
- Contribute to the design and execution of system enhancements and custom reporting related to automated revenue recognition
- Assist in the development of controls and procedures aligned with SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs)
- Provide day-to-day support to end users by troubleshooting system issues and ensuring data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, business systems analysis, or similar roles
- Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Revenue Management
- Hands-on experience with revenue automation solutions, such as Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS) or Zuora Revenue
- Familiarity with accounting principles and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and maintaining effective IT General Controls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is highly recommended
- Skilled in Oracle tools such as SQL, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
