What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the legal department and other colleagues to evaluate disputes with third parties
- Prepare and assess complex legal documentation to resolve issues and support both internal and external counsel
- Compile and report metrics related to affirmative litigation and recovery activities
- Collect documentation for discovery responses, proof of claims, and other filings pertaining to the affirmative litigation program
- Implement streamlined operational procedures to enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- 8+ years of experience in paralegal support for complex affirmative litigation or class action recovery programs
- Experience within an in-house corporate legal function preferred
- Strong independent work capability, demonstrating sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
