      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities and prepare related organizational documents
      - Organize corporate records and conduct due diligence reviews
      - Review and analyze commercial/vendor contracts and agreements to flag key legal, commercial, and risk-related terms
      - Route, track, and manage contract lifecycle and documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders
      - Support internal counsel at all stages of employment dispute resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of eight (8) years of transactional experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
      - Experience with legal research tools and task management systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training
      - Experience in a multinational or cross-jurisdictional environment
      - Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and deliverables
