  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist with the intake and triage of legal requests to ensure efficient routing and tracking.
  - Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the legal department for support.
  - Manage responses to subpoenas and government inquiries, including document review.
  - Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate customer communications regarding legal matters.
  - Support the legal team in negotiating commercial agreements and managing compliance initiatives.
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience with 7-10 years in a law firm or in-house legal department, particularly in technology.
  - Experience with eDiscovery, legal holds, and document management.
  - Strong project management and organizational skills with a history of operational improvements.
  - Effective communication skills, with the ability to draft clear legal documents.
  - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  - Familiarity with the Airtable product and commitment to developing fluency in its use.
  - Broad experience across various legal practice areas, including litigation support and compliance.
  - Curiosity about AI and experience in developing AI-powered legal workflows.
