What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the legal department in managing domestic and international corporate governance and compliance
- Assist with public company filings in coordination with SEC counsel
- Facilitate foreign entity registrations and coordinate with stakeholders
- Independently prepare routine legal documents and reports under attorney supervision
- Supervise the work of other paralegals as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of paralegal or legal operations support experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or paralegal accreditation/certificate
- Management experience preferred
- US Citizenship is required to apply
- Willingness to obtain a security clearance if necessary

- Experience with project management in a legal context
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy and productivity under deadlines
- Experience in developing and maintaining law department databases
