What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage litigation cases, including tracking active matters and coordinating with insurance companies
- Prepare various legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
- Lead efforts in discovery management, document review, and eDiscovery coordination
- Independently handle legal matters, including debt collection and copyright infringement claims
- Collaborate with internal and external counsel on litigation and employment related matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, with prior in-house experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in document management programs, e-Discovery tools, and Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize workload, and work both independently and in a team environment
