      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage multiple transactional closings, including financings, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
      - Assist with drafting board and shareholder resolutions and manage due diligence procedures
      - Prepare all necessary documents for corporate formations and ongoing corporate operations
      - Conduct research and perform online searches related to corporate filings and compliance
      - Serve as a mentor and provide training for mid- and entry-level paralegals and clerks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of corporate experience within a law firm, with knowledge of complex issues in Corporate & Securities
      - Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred; equivalent experience considered
      - Experience working with governmental agencies and filing documents with the SEC and Secretary of State
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with practice-specific technology such as Edgar Next

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Public securities experience is a strong plus
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel
      - Flexibility to respond quickly to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong client service skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
      - Experience with Secretary of State databases
