What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing for over 700 employees across multiple states
- Oversee tax reporting for federal, state, and local jurisdictions to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the Talent Strategy team to ensure accurate payroll submissions
- Conduct reviews and audits of payroll processes to identify improvements and ensure compliance
- Support accounting functions related to payroll, including reconciliations and journal entries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, specifically with complex multi-state payrolls
- Experience processing payrolls using Dayforce HCM
- Proven leadership experience in managing and building teams
- Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certification in payroll management, such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
