- Be a key partner to HR, Finance, and Legal while managing payroll for a global workforce
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for U.S. and international employees
- Ensure compliance with multi-state and multi-country tax laws and labor regulations
- Administer off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, commissions, and equity-related transactions
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll, accounting, finance operations, or data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and communicate effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification or willingness to pursue it
- Payroll experience in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with international payroll operations in countries such as Ireland or Japan
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong computer skills with a preference for Google Workspace proficiency
