  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Payroll Tax Compliance, Reporting, and Payments
  - Partner with internal colleagues to resolve escalated customer inquiries and complex payroll tax tasks
  - Conduct research on Payroll Tax queries and present findings to management, including risk mitigation recommendations
  - Mentor and train peers while maintaining knowledge management articles and process guides
  - Participate in organizational projects and collaborate with other departments as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification preferred
  - In-depth understanding of US payroll tax laws and regulations
  - Advanced skills in tax agency correspondence and excellent attention to detail
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based payroll software

  - Experience in a high-volume payroll tax environment
  - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
