      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute payroll tax processes, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
      - Monitor and update payroll tax systems in response to changes in tax laws
      - Resolve complex payroll tax issues and implement process improvements
      - Conduct quarterly tax return processing and manage high-priority tax notices
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll tax operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience processing multi-state payroll taxes, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of experience
      - Strong data analysis skills and experience with payroll tax processing
      - Proficiency in Workday and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for a large organization
      - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
      - Experience with Workday Report Writing
      - Familiarity with payroll tax processing in a multi-company organization
      - Strong research and analytical skills
