      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive payroll and payroll tax operations, identifying best practices to enhance efficiency
      - Perform internal audits and analyze employee-level tax data to ensure accuracy
      - Review escalated employee tax cases and provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries
      - Collaborate with third-party payroll tax processors to maintain accurate account information
      - Research compliance issues and recommend changes to payroll processes to ensure adherence to regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of payroll tax experience or Workday payroll experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and perform audits
      - Experience with payroll tax processes and regulations
      - Excellent communication skills for customer service and collaboration
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of payroll tax or payroll experience
      - Experience with ADP SmartCompliance
      - Strong preference for Workday payroll tax experience
