      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, launch, facilitate, and continuously evolve leadership development programs tailored for managers
      - Develop just-in-time learning tools, including playbooks and micro-learning modules, to assist managers with daily leadership challenges
      - Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance leadership development and support effective management practices
      - Partner with various departments to align leadership capabilities and best practices across the organization
      - Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and established frameworks to ensure continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development
      - Proven success in designing and scaling leadership development programs in a high-growth environment
      - Strong understanding of adult learning theory and modern learning modalities
      - Experience utilizing digital learning tools to enhance learning experiences
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Business, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, DISC, Hogan, StrengthsFinder, or related disciplines
