What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, adapt, and optimize direct response copy across various channels and formats
- Develop and update offer-specific copy while incorporating team feedback
- Execute revisions for compliance-driven updates and partner requests
- Propose and test new creative ideas based on market research and performance insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with goals and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience writing performance-driven, direct response copy for digital marketing campaigns in the financial industry
- Proven background in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong conceptual writing skills and familiarity with compliance standards
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
- Expertise in various financial products and services, including credit cards and debt consolidation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with using language learning models (LLMs) as a writing aid
- Examples or case studies showcasing successful copywriting in the financial sector
