      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
      - Track and report on performance metrics across paid media channels and make proactive adjustments
      - Support integrated campaign planning in collaboration with content, design, and product marketing teams
      - Own paid distribution strategy for key marketing initiatives, ensuring proper asset configuration
      - Stay updated on paid media trends and identify new channels or tactics for pipeline growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing B2B paid media campaigns, ideally in SaaS, Martech, or eCommerce tech
      - Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics tools
      - Strong analytical skills with experience managing media budgets, pacing, and ROI analysis
      - Proficiency with marketing tech stack, including Google Analytics and Excel
      - Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bonus: Experience in marketing to eCommerce sellers, brands, or digital retailers
      - Experience with ad copywriting and collaborating on creative/visuals for campaigns
