What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple, concurrent pilots, ensuring alignment with client goals and specifications
- Translate client business objectives into impactful pilot designs
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive successful pilot outcomes
- Analyze and configure client data to meet business priorities and enhance user experience
- Provide best practices and recommendations to clients regarding the Amperity platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, or technical program management
- Proven track record of managing complex technical implementations from start to finish
- Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret customer data and configure solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels, including executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining focus on outcomes

- Experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Familiarity with marketing technology stacks
- Startup experience is a distinct advantage
- Innovative problem-solving skills with a blend of analytical thinking and creativity
