What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and revise administrative policies and procedures based on analysis of complex information from federal and state documents
- Coordinate and monitor compliance for assigned policies within the Governance and Innovation Administration
- Conduct complex research and analysis of federal and state laws, regulations, and policies
- Provide administrative policy support and consultation to program staff
- Lead the production of agency-level reports and policy-related publications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Five (5) years of relevant professional experience in research, analysis, and writing focused on human services policy and program design
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local government organization and procedures
- Strong skills in research and policy analysis, written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and organize complex tasks with short deadlines

- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Familiarity with policy development and design concepts
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences
