      Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians.       Our Team

      Brigham and Women’s Health Care Center in Pembroke is a multi-level facility spanning 30,000 square feet. Located at 15 Corporate Park Drive, the center includes primary care/family medicine (all ages), obstetrics and gynecology, as well as a multi-specialty clinic (orthopedics, cardiology pulmonary, vascular, neurosurgery, endocrinology, general surgery, gastroenterology, and urology).

      The Opportunity

      We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Senior Practice Assistant to support our multispecialty building onsite Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

      Dedicated to administrative support, Senior Practice Assistant serves as a leader to our Practice Assistants and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. Responsibilities, in collaboration with the Practice Coordinator, include daily oversight of the department and its staff, check in, check out, call center, monitoring provider schedules, and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments. The Senior Practice Assistant will also be trained as an Epic Super User, as it pertains to the practice assistant role.

      Qualifications

      We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting! Whether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry, grow your administrative career or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Senior Practice Assistant role is the opportunity for you.

        • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher strongly preferred.
        • Minimum 3 years experience in a related role required.
        • At least one year experience in the health care field preferred.
        • Demonstrated leadership experience required.
        • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
        • Must have the ability to multitask, have excellent computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
        • Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
