What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform scheduling, pre-registration, estimates, collections, authorization verification, and notice of admission enterprise-wide
- Set the tone for patient experience when receiving care at the employer
- Work under the direction of the Pre-Service Supervisor/Manager/Director
- Demonstrate a clear understanding and knowledge of all functions performed by Pre-Service
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective patient access processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 years of Healthcare experience within Patient Access or Business office setting
- 6 years of epic or Similar Scheduling/Registration/Authorization System
- Completion of mandatory Revenue Cycle Certification training within 6 months of hire
- Strong communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional coursework or training related to Revenue Cycle processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
