      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define market value and drive revenue and profit optimization for the Cardiovascular Portfolio
      - Develop and execute pricing models and governance processes to enhance profitability
      - Collaborate with business leadership to present pricing strategies and gain alignment
      - Analyze and monitor competitive pricing and market trends to optimize growth
      - Establish and manage pricing programs through collaboration with various teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
      - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
      - Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Business Objects
      - Experience working in sales or contracting environments
      - Ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated self-starter with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
      - Experience creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations
      - Familiarity with pricing strategies and governance processes
      - Ability to work under limited supervision and develop solutions independently
