What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary internal contact for print and technical print solutions
- Manage onboarding development and technical documentation for contracted print vendor services
- Provide subject matter expertise related to printer implementation processes and reporting
- Liaise between internal/external customers and IT for business definition and implementation
- Support quality initiatives and ensure effective delivery of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or IT
- Experience with Health Plan Product Support and Web Design/Development required
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and file transfer protocols preferred
- Graphic Print or Web experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SFTP and file transfer knowledge
- Experience in a healthcare-related field or with healthcare products
