What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for trips, collaborating closely with partnered suppliers
- Understand trip needs and articulate options to suit individual client requirements
- Strengthen and expand relationships with suppliers across the United States
- Manage requests from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional and seamless service experience
- Handle contract management and negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a private jet broker
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a private jet broker
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrated adaptability and multitasking abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Proven experience in a collaborative and transparent work environment
