      Good Comunication skills (Verbal & Written)

      Job Summary

      Senior Process Executive - P&C Graduate (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA).Individual in this role need to
      Provide highest level of customer satisfaction, understand and resolve issues/queries, execute the task required: buddy with the new joiners to bring them up the learning curve, proactive identification of issues, highlighting it to the leadership and help resolution of issues.

      For Data processes:
      Process new insurance policies, cover note, premium calculations & updates, changes requested by policyholders and insurance company representatives, modify existing policies, and claims forms. Process cancellations, review conformance to insured party's specifications, monitor lapsed policies, and determine automatic reinstatement according to company policies. Obtain and verify information from policyholders on claims forms, applications and related documents. Investigate, analyze, and assess extent of insurance company's liability concerning personal, casualty, or property loss or damages, and attempt to effect settlement with claimants. Correspond with medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information. Calculate benefit payments and approve payment of claims, set loss reserves, manage loss adjustment expense, co-ordinate activities for appropriate resolution of claims. Document and diary files as required, processes workers compensation claims & files necessary documentation with state agency.

      Roles & Responsibilities

      Performs financial transactions and activities relating to customers, agents, vendors, etc. which include receipt, reconciliation, resolution and disbursement of funds across P&C and across all states. May perform internal collection activities for past due and canceled accounts. Determines reinstatements as appropriate. Consults and provides advice around the financial transactions and activities, as appropriate, and initiates calls to customers, partners or agents to process work.
      Researches money-related transaction discrepancies and follows up with resolution on behalf of agents and partners. Research requires curiosity and experience to identify root cause and solutions to the issues and practices.
      Makes decisions around course of action on own work. Determines appropriate actions related to the activities based on professional judgment combined with business unit procedures with limited oversight.
      Provides customer service via e-mail and other correspondence (Via – customer applications) to business partners, agents, customers and vendors. Identifies needs, based on work-type, internal error or other items and issues. Follows up quickly to resolve issues. Proactively communicates to internal and external customers when situations or opportunities are discussed to ensure the highest level of service.
      Completes work as assigned per agreed upon timelines and service level expectations. May require additional planning to resolve work types and coordination of daily project work.
      Participates in training classes, department and company meetings. Learns systems across multiple platforms and processes to complete work. May require learning additional systems based on work types to be completed at this level.
