      Overview

      The Senior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for delivering the Procurement vision and strategy by performing strategic activities, such as complex analysis, maintaining key metrics, process mapping, SOP development and maintenance, supporting training, and drives continuous improvement projects. They may also support negotiations with suppliers on pricing agreements,processing purchase orders, strengthen communication with internal and external stakeholders, and supplier performance management. They will also support the raw materials Planning team to ensure BoM version control and will serve as backup to the procurement team as needed.

      This role is primarily remote with up to 2 days per week in-person at our Philadelphia site.

      Responsibilities

      • Works independently to complete assignments while adhering to and in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, WuXi ATU Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
      • Perform job specific tasks with high degree of speed and accuracy.
      • Excellent analytical skills to perform complex analysis needed within the Supply Chain functions.
      • Proactive thinker to develop new ideas and projects to support the Procurement function.
      • Customer service oriented focus.
      • Strong understanding of the fundamentals within supply chain and accounts payable required.
      • Consistently interacts between Procurement, Planning, Logistics, PD, Quality, and Material Review Board.
      • Provides support to Planning team to ensure version control of BoMs and input within the B1 system.
      • Responsible for tracking and reporting the raw material internal/external testing and release process.
      • Responsible for ensuring data integrity and maintenance of Item Masters.
      • Ensures timely delivery of projects and issue resolution.
      • Consistently interacts with end-users.
      • Maps and maintains the Procurement and various other Supply Chain processes.
      • Runs reports from the various systems and compiles scorecards across theProcurement function.
      • Consolidates the tracking and reporting of savings monthly.
      • Drives the Procurement Training program.
      • Maintains a thorough understanding of GMP

      Qualifications

      • 5-8 years of purchasing, supply chain, or relevant experience
      • Associates’ degree in business or related field equivalent experience

      Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

      • SAP B1 Experience or equivalent
      • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
      • Strong project management background
      • Ability to self-prioritize projects
      • Critical thinking and effective problem solving skills
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Ability to influentially lead
      • Need to be able to read, write and understand English
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular building in depth analysis within Excel
