- You will be working as part of the People Services team to implement the Adoption Procurement programme (National and Regional).
- You will be responsible for providing professional advisory and management functions in respect of complex medium to high risk and/or value procurements and procurement projects, advising clients and ensuring compliance with procedures, process, current contractual arrangements and a range of statutory and regulatory undertakings, supporting a category management approach and advising members and directorates on related commercial activity.

Procurement and Commercial Services (PACS) is a trusted partner at the very heart of procurement and commercial activity within Leeds City Council. PACS procurement team utilises a category management approach and provides services with industry insights, knowledge and expertise to help shape procurement activity of procurements in relation Leeds City Council’s £1bn annual external spend.
