What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Product Manager in executing and delivering on product roadmap commitments
- Elicit comprehensive business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, including product features and integrations
- Document requirements in the form of User Stories to ensure shared understanding with Engineering teams
- Facilitate requirements discussions and perform functional testing to ensure quality software delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product analysis or a related field, with at least 3 years in Agile methodology
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as a product analyst on a Property & Casualty (P&C) policy administration system
