      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend design reviews and project-related meetings, providing feedback on configurations and timelines
      - Coordinate with development teams and various departments to ensure accurate information transfer
      - Generate documentation for impact assessments, implementation preparation, and configuration needs
      - Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts for product transfer and change control activities
      - Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Research Development, Product Transfer, Quality, or related fields
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in product commercialization, particularly in quality assurance, manufacturing, or product development
      - Experience with Change Control and Document Control processes
      - Proficient in ERP systems; experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and PLM systems like Aras Innovator is desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industry
      - Training or mentorship experience in a professional setting
      - Advanced knowledge of product configuration and change management processes
