What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects from research to fully realized features and flows, driving user and business solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate design or research discussions and represent the UX team
- Manage participant recruiting, follow-ups, and incentive disbursement for usability studies
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to product teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to the design system and processes, including accessibility practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven history of leading design efforts for technical products, platforms, or systems
- Proficiency in prototyping and storytelling at various fidelities throughout the design process
- Strong experience in the iterative product development process, including UX flows and interaction design
- High comfort level in working with developers and familiarity with tools like Figma and GitHub
- Experience in research operations, including managing participant databases and executing usability studies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in iconography, branding, front-end engineering, or content design is welcome
