      Job Description

      • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes
      • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
      • Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
      • Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
      • Write and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency
      • Set up and manage monitoring and logging systems to ensure optimal performance and quick issue resolution
      • Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality and deployment processes
      • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues
      • Implement and maintain security best practices across the infrastructure
      • Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies, recommending improvements to our processes
      • Work effectively within a nearshore development model, addressing unique challenges and opportunities

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
      • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
      • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
      • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their associated services
      • Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
      • Expertise in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
      • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python and Bash
      • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
      • Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
      • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
      • Experience working in or with nearshore development teams
      • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus
      • Authorization to work in Portugal or the European Union
      • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
