What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion the customer perspective by translating buy-side workflows into actionable product strategies
- Lead AI prompt engineering and validation to ensure high-quality AI output for professional investors
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product advancement
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to bridge technical capabilities and business value
- Drive continuous improvement by testing tools against real-world investment scenarios
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience as an Analyst or Associate at a top-tier Hedge Fund
- Strong understanding of financial data and research workflows
- Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering
- Excellent communication skills to articulate financial concepts to non-financial team members
- Ability to analyze text and financial data effectively

- Proven strategic thinking in automating manual processes using AI
