      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and drive the product roadmap for card funding flows, settlement orchestration, ledger posting, and reconciliation
      - Design scalable reconciliation and exception-handling systems for accurate fund movements
      - Define and launch new card programs, collaborating closely with issuing banks and processors
      - Lead cross-functional execution to deliver reliable and compliant money movement and ledger systems
      - Measure and improve platform health, establishing success metrics and observability for critical pipelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of product management experience with complex, cross-functional software platforms
      - Experience in the card payments ecosystem at a fintech, issuing or acquiring bank, card processor, or payments infrastructure company
      - Hands-on experience with cardflows and their interaction with ledgers and reconciliation processes
      - Strong understanding of the card issuing and acquiring lifecycle, including transaction message flows
      - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with Engineering and Finance teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience operating in ambiguity and synthesizing incomplete inputs to drive execution
      - Comfort working with technical systems (APIs, files, schemas) and translating financial flows into product requirements
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
