What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead transformation efforts by aligning technology roadmaps with enterprise objectives and clinical goals
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and technical teams to drive consensus and shared ownership
- Manage end-to-end delivery of business capabilities across multiple clinical platforms
- Evaluate architectural and integration decisions, ensuring compliance and risk management
- Prepare concise status reports and communicate technical updates in business terms for leadership visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related fields, or a Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with JIRA Align and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare
- 5+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) within healthcare product solutions
- Certification as a Certified Product Manager (CPM) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- Epic experience or certifications
