What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and drive the promotional Data Science product roadmap across Sportsbook, Fantasy Sports, and Casino
- Lead a team of product managers to prioritize alignment and team development
- Translate business goals into structured product requirements for predictive models and experimentation frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning systems at scale
- Champion experimentation to demonstrate business impact and incorporate learnings into future roadmaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- At least 7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading product or data science teams
- Proven success managing machine learning–powered or analytics-driven products
- Deep understanding of personalization strategies and lifecycle marketing
- Exceptional communication skills for distilling technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in sports, gaming, or consumer technology
- Experience in Sportsbook, Fantasy Sports, or Casino sectors
- Familiarity with model development workflows and large-scale data infrastructure
