What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the product development process from inception to launch for new or existing product initiatives
- Own and communicate the product roadmap, collaborating with various teams for prioritization and market positioning
- Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategies and decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product designs and requirements during development phases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business product services or customer market experience
- Experience in managing product initiatives with a focus on profitability and market success
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop business cases for product functionality
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
- Background in software or IT, including direct experience with software development and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis in the payment solutions industry
- Previous experience in pricing strategy development and market positioning
- Skills in leading teams and managing cross-functional relationships effectively
