      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the development of a strategic roadmap to support scaling the e-commerce growth
      - Lead an engineering squad using Agile Scrum practices to deliver features and enhancements
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements for growth marketing
      - Maintain and evolve the MarTech stack by defining technology requirements and assisting with vendor selection
      - Partner with Data, Analytics, and other Growth Product Managers to support digital growth initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC subscriptions, ideally during a hypergrowth period
      - Experience managing eCommerce platforms in a contemporary setting, preferably with Shopify
      - Proven experience working directly with engineers and participating in Agile scrum ceremonies
      - Experience partnering with Growth Marketing teams to enhance acquisition and site performance
      - Ability to manage a diverse stakeholder group and a strong belief in the company's mission

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience owning and managing MarTech tools like MTA, MMA, CRM, and CDP tools is a plus
      - Strong empathy for the needs of dogs and their parents, aligned with the company's mission
