What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and evolve the strategy for member eligibility and enrollment across the platform
- Lead the design, definition, and delivery of eligibility and payer-integrated products
- Drive discovery and execution to improve eligibility accuracy and reduce entry friction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions
- Mentor and support the broader product team in best practices and product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare products
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and health consumer mindset
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling products across the full product lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to ground decisions in data and user insights
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with eligibility, payer data, claims, or health data integrations
- Demonstrated ownership of complex healthcare product strategies
- Familiarity with designing early-stage user experiences that translate backend systems into user value
